How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are protected and securely processed by Cashfree Payments.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp once your order is successfully placed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days as each product is made to order.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately at support@trendyg.com. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@trendyg.com or contacting us on WhatsApp with clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

📏 Sizing

How do I find my size?
Check our Size Chart available on each product page. Our styles are oversized — if you prefer a regular fit, we recommend sizing down.

What if the size doesn't fit?
If the size delivered does not match the size ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

👕 Product Quality

What printing method do you use?
We use premium DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for vibrant, long-lasting designs.

How should I wash my TrendyG apparel?
Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to preserve print quality.
